A necessary 21st Century skill is collaboration.  To obtain high quality group work, the vertical learning framework is a successful tool for students to both learn on their feet while exposing student thinking to peer evaluation.

The heART of the Cultural Approach

While studying visual and performing art, students can see the direct and powerful influence aesthetic institutions have on shaping individuals and communities. 

 

- Sign up for one or both sessions
- Each participant will receive a stipend of $50.00 whether you attend one or both sessions.  
- Lunch will be provided.  
- Location is the downtown campus, Frank Brown Hall, Room 1010.

If you are unable to attend workshops in person, you may sign up to attend a virtual meeting on the evening of 11/9 (Universal Design for Learning [UDL] and the Cultural Approach), from 5:30PM to 7:00PM EST. Click HERE to apply.
